The SEVEN is a luxury dining and conversation experience featuring seven courses, seven drink pairings and seven intentionally curated conversation topics. Each event showcases a featured chef who creates an imaginative, delicious tasting menu, bringing culinary artistry and thoughtful conversation to one beautifully designed table.
Created by Visionary and Executive Producer, Tricia Messeroux-Curwen and hosted by Executive Producer, “Mr. Fantastic”, Shawn Curwen, each event brings together leaders from carefully chosen industries to share perspectives, lived experiences and authentic insights. Through meaningful discussions, guests explore ideas and build connections that extend beyond the evening. Filmed as a television series, The SEVEN captures the food, connections and powerful conversations that unfold around the table.
In 2027, The SEVEN will present seven beautifully curated experiences, each with a gathering of influential guests, a featured chef and conversations shaped around the people at the table.
The experience also serves a greater purpose: supporting scholarships for college-bound students pursuing culinary arts, hospitality and food service, while creating opportunities for mentorship with established chefs.
